Marika Igras is the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Amare Omnia Holdings, Inc., directing the firm's legal strategy and governance. Her background spans commercial real estate law, legislative affairs, and corporate compliance. Previously, she held key legal roles at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP, Pagaya, and BGO, managing complex property transactions.

Marika also has extensive experience in public service, having worked with the New Jersey State Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives. A cum laude graduate in Political Science and Public Policy from Rowan University, she is also a dedicated community volunteer and a Notary Public.
